Management Associates Program
Graduate Development Program
Enhance your skills through our structured 18-month journey designed to shape future construction leaders. The program includes hands-on project experience, coaching from managers, mentorship by senior engineers, networking with industry professionals, and cross-departmental rotations.
You can choose from specialized areas such as Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Health & Safety — all guided by experts in the field. (Currently offered in Luxembourg.)
